These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchases from WULGOR. By accessing the website, placing an order or using any service, you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the website.

In these Terms, "WULGOR", "we", "us" and "our" refer to WULGOR. "You" and "your" refer to the customer or website visitor.

1. Online store

By using the website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity required to make purchases.

You may not use the products, website or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

You may not transmit viruses, malicious code or any technology intended to damage, interfere with or compromise the website.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, materials, dimensions and other features as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and other factors.

As some pieces involve handmade, engraved, printed or personalized elements, minor variations may occur between product images and the final piece. These natural or production variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product availability may change without notice.

3. Personalized and custom-made products

Some WULGOR products may be personalized with names, initials, photographs, engravings, text or other details chosen by the customer.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before placing your order, including:

  • Names
  • Spelling
  • Initials
  • Dates
  • Photographs
  • Engraving text
  • Colors
  • Sizes
  • Fonts or styles
  • Other personalization choices

WULGOR is not responsible for errors in personalization information submitted by the customer.

Once production has started, it may not be possible to change or cancel the order.

4. Photographs and customer-submitted content

By submitting a photograph, image, text, name, design or other content for personalization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that content.

You may not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive or offensive content, or content that violates third-party rights.

You grant WULGOR the limited permission necessary to use the content solely to process, produce and support your order.

WULGOR may refuse personalization requests it reasonably considers to violate the law or third-party rights.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not mean that it has been accepted.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment authorization issues
  • Incorrect prices
  • Product unavailability
  • Technical errors
  • Invalid shipping information
  • Prohibited personalization requests

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.

6. Prices

Displayed prices may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is generally the price shown when you place the order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors and applicable consumer law.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market. The United States storefront displays prices in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order where a payment is declined, reversed, flagged for review or reasonably suspected of fraud.

8. Shipping and delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are described in the Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Timeframes may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations and exclusions for personalized products are governed by the Refund Policy.

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, you have 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided therein — particularly custom-made personalized products.

10. Promotions and discount codes

WULGOR may offer promotions, discounts, gifts or promotional codes. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined
  • Promotional codes have no monetary value
  • Promotions may have eligibility requirements
  • Promotions may be limited by time, product, location or availability

11. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on the website is accurate. However, typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur in descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping, availability or other information.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and, where applicable, European Union consumer protection legislation.
