How Does the Ordering Process Work?

• Simply fill in the options above. If you want to order more than one bracelet, fill in all the details for one bracelet and add it to the cart. For the second bracelet, fill in the details again and add it to the cart as well. When uploading your photo, make sure it is a high-quality image.

Processing

WULGOR orders are usually ready for shipment in 1–7 days after order confirmation.

For personalized or made-to-order jewelry, this timeframe includes the preparation and personalization of the piece.

Note: the processing time does not include delivery time.

Order Changes

Please carefully check the personalization details and delivery address before finalizing your order.

Once production of a personalized item has begun, it may no longer be possible to make changes or cancellations.

Delivery in Portugal

The available shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, when available.

Delivery times may vary due to the carrier, public holidays, or other situations beyond our control.

Packaging
